Conni accepts returns of unworn or unused merchandise returned in its’ original re-sellable condition within 30 days of purchase. If an item is damaged, lost or incorrectly delivered, claims must be made within 7 days of receipt. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Due to health and safety concerns, Conni cannot accept returns of used items.

How to Return an Item:
Submit the following request or call us at 800-794-0763 for a return merchandise (RMA) number before returning your item to us. Please carefully pack all items to be returned in their original packaging. Conni is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Please be advised that packages sent by normal US Mail cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. We recommend that you use a delivery method that can be tracked and or insured. Conni cannot provide credit for a return until we have received the returned item.
